Scoob: Puppy Chow and Scooby Snacks Popcorn Mix
Directions: Melt 1/3 cup peanut butter and 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chip (milk are fine, too), stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Drizzle chocolate peanut butter mixture over 8 cups of popped popcorn (I use Skinny Pop), and using a spatula make ensure the popcorn is well coated. Then, using a large spoon, put popcorn into a large Ziploc type back filled with 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. SHAKE! Once popcorn is well coated, place in a large bowel and gently mix in approximately 1 1/2 cups Scooby snack crackers (I found them at Target).

DIRECTIONS: Melt white chocolate (1/2 cup) in the microwave (start with 45 seconds, stir and then go in 15 second increments, stirring each time) Place popcorn (half bag of Skinny Pop ) on baking sheet, drizzle with white chocolate, and sprinkles (any color work), and a big pinch of salt. Allow chocolate to harden (place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to speed up the process). Add chocolate graham cracker bites (1 cup), marshmallows (1/2 cup), pretzels (1 cup), and Reese’s Pieces (1/4 cup) to a large bowl. Add popcorn, and gently mix with your hands, taste and add another pinch of salt if desired.

Add popcorn, and gently mix with your hands, taste and add another pinch of salt if desired.
Elf: Festive Son of a Nutcracker Popcorn Mix
While Elf does like his spaghetti and maple syrup, I wanted to keep things simple and totally delicious! Allow chocolate to harden (place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to speed up the process). Add in festive gummies, caramel corn, pretzels, and marshmallows.
Harry Potter: Quidditch Popcorn Mix
As we worked our way through the first book, Socerer’s Stone, the anticipation for the movie was building! This popcorn mix is super easy, and totally adorable! Directions: Layer popcorn with golden jellybeans (the snitches), circle pretzels (hoops), chocolatey caramels wrapped with black wrapper (bludgers), and pretzel rods poked into mini peanut butter cups (broomsticks).
